A local WV-licensed law firm with very friendly and easy-to-work-with employees, Stapleton Law Offices prides itself on its family values, experience in family-run legal services, and of course reasonable rates for the professionals. I've used them in the past for any legal proceedings and they have yet to let me down! I especially recommend attorneys John and Matt for their recognized experience and competence. Very good support and prompt attention to detail from all the staff, you always feel like a valued person here.

I was in an accident , the other driver ran a red light as I was going through the intersection. Both vehicles were at a total loss. I was taken by ambulance to the hospital. Even though I have full coverage insurance on my truck, I did not have medical insurance. After getting the run around from the other driver’s insurance company not wanting to pay all my medical bills, I was at a loss of what to do. I chose Stapleton Law Offices after reading all their reviews. Let me just say, from the first meeting till the last, Matt treated me as I was part of their family. He explained to me in simple detail what the process is of handling an accident. He handled all the phone calls regarding their insurance. He always kept me updated.
