Sold me & my family out to Cabell County Family Court. My son will have much to say in the very near future with his newly obtained platform

Unfortunately after seven phone calls over a four week period and going into the building to see if someone would see me, nothing but silence. I was referred by another lawyer that knows Tyler who had reached out to let him know to expect my call but a response was not forthcoming. The reviews here are hard to believe based on my experience and I am now looking for a lawyer that cares enough and understands customer service enough to show a modicum of interest in people that seek to engage with what can only be loosely described as a service firm. 🤦‍♂️

Believes women cannot make their own decisions

Haslam is the absolute best lawyer!! he is focused , determined, and he is all for his clients. we couldn’t have done better. he was there every single time i called. he did absolutely everything and more we could’ve asked for.

Thom is an amazing attorney and an amazing person in general. The first accident I was in I hadn’t even planned on hiring an attorney, but after speaking with him I decided to go ahead and do it. Boy am I glad I did. I was able to get medical bills covered that I didn’t know I was entitled to, and I didn’t have to be the one to argue with insurance companies, and didn’t have to comply to unreasonable requests that I wouldn’t have otherwise known were unreasonable. He’s communicative and responsive, and we got a favorable outcome in the end. The second car accident I was in, he was my very first phone call. I felt like he really had my back through the entire process, and once again got a favorable outcome. I’ve since referred several friends to him, and will continue to refer anyone I can. Thom genuinely cares about his clients, and it shows in his work and his outcomes. You really can’t go wrong with him or any of his partners. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Thom was most helpful, professional, responded in a timely manner to any questions or concerns I had. I cannot thank him enough for his quick attention and turn around in settling my case (auto accident settlement). Highly recommend Thom without hesitation and will call on again if needed.
