I highly recommend using these guys! One up front fee and was told it would only be more if it went to trial. They where very professional and kept me updated on what was going on. Dismissed!

Selling my house and this was the law firm chosen to do the closing. First, they expected the closing documents to be signed and over-nighted to them just ONE business day before closing. Because of this I had to make two-72 mile round trips from my home to the nearest UPS and FedEx stores. You would think with as much money as attorneys take the public for they would be a little more considerate of our time - not this law firm. They finally received the signed paperwork that I put 144 miles into DURING closing. Second, I had to wire money to the law firm. They did not receive it, despite it showing delivered. They never bothered to communicate via the email sent to them that they had not received it and left it solely up to the realtor to play the middle person. My advice to Catrow: invest some of the money you take people for and learn how to run your business a little better.
