Mike Burke was highly recommended to help assist me in an insurance claim. The insurance company stated their client was at fault, paid for my car repairs, but refused to pay my medical bills. Mr. Burke was very upfront and to the point about my case, how he was going to represent me, the possible outcomes, how long it may take to resolve, etc.. Mike Burke made sure my doctors bills were paid (my biggest concern) while also obtaining some money for myself as well. I was very pleased with Mike Burke and would highly recommend him for any such legal services.

Michael Burke, along with his partner, Larry Schultz, were able to get me out of a terrible settlement Terry Britt got me into. No one else in Martinsburg would have taken my case , but they did--and won. Britt tried to make me settle for $80,000, but I had $67,000 in medical bills, and he wanted to charge me 40% for his fee! Burke and Schultz got me out of Britt's deal, and got me $120,000, all of the insurance there was to get. They did me right; Britt did me wrong. And their fee was fair, too.

Mr. Burke obtained an excellent settlement in my case, but more than that, he was responsive, always returning my calls and explaining everything to me. I did not want to go to court, and Mr. Burke was able to keep me out of court.
