I have worked with Schultz and Jenkinson. It was a great experience both times. They gladly answered any questions, worked in a very timely manner. Returned phone calls quickly. They made me feel like family. Love these guys.

My son was a passenger in a car and was on his way home from work that he had just started when he was hit broadsided by another car. He was the only person to have severe injuries among the three people involved. I reached out to Mr. Schultz and had an immediate feeling that he was going to be the attorney I wanted for my son. Many lawyers come off as only intentions of collecting money but Mr. Schultz and his lovely assistant Mrs. Vallejo did more than just file and win our case they showed REAL compassion and sincerely cared for my son. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants not only results but wants human feelings and people who don’t even know you that have actual concern for you and not just the money talking. We were traveling from North Carolina to Rhode Island when a truck rear ended and totaled our RV and truck outside of Morgantown WV. We were hurt and far from home. The insurance companies were repeatedly contacting us, trying to push us into signing releases before we even knew the full extent of our injuries. We were so lucky to contact Larry Schultz and his team at Burke Schultz Hartman and Jenkins. They handled everything and gave us excellent and reasonable counsel. I truly don’t know how we would have managed this process from another state without them. They were compassionate and understanding and very easy to contact. Phyllis Vallejo handled all the very complex medical billing issues. This would have been a total nightmare without their help as our medical issues included a head injury that made the whole process more difficult. I believe that their calm competent handling of the legal and medical billing issues resulting from the accident made my near complete recovery possible. We will always be grateful to Larry and Phyllis for their help!
