If you are looking for professional law services in West Virginia, my first recommendation would be the Moore Law Firm and especially Jared. He was everything I needed as legal counsel from defense to expungement. I don't plan on needing their efforts anytime in the future, but it is nice to know that I found a valuable resource like The Moore Law Firm just in case.

Upon receiving my second DUI I knew I needed to find a lawyer that could adequately represent me and my situation. I ran across Jared Moore online when searching for lawyers in my area. I choose Jared because of his reviews of getting in touch with you promptly after requesting help. He did just that and had called me within 24 hours reaching out. Upon looking through my case he noticed that my public defender from my first case had mislead my judgements resulting in me not being able to complete my “deferral program” without question he set up a court date with the city to have my first case dismissed and to my surprise we were successful in doing so. Leading to my second DUI being counted as my first. I STRONGLY believe if I had went with anyone else this would not have been the outcome. I got the best deal imaginable and I’m truly thankful for his hard work. Jared is a top notch professional, he stayed in constant contact with me and almost 100% of the time I was talking directly to him and not an assistant or paralegal. If you got yourself into some trouble Jared Moore is there to help you and go through every avenue of your case and past cases to get you the best possible outcome. Had to call and leave 2 messages to receive a call back. Had no knowledge of overtime law or payroll law in West Virginia. Was uninterested in helping the employee recovered unpaid overtime

I received a traffic citation while visiting friends in Morgantown (I live in Pennsylvania). After receiving the citation I not only moved 4 times but also was hit by a drunk driver as a pedestrian. I had a bad memory to begin with but suffering a TBI (traumatic brain injury) my memory became horrible. I completely forgot about the ticket and, unable to travel long distances now, called several law offices all over Morgantown. No one seeemed to understand that I was permanently disabled so no one would talk to me over the phone. They wanted me to come in for a consultation. The one I actually was able to talk to was very rude and another was obviously doing something else while I explained my situation on speakerphone and then asked me things I just said because he wasn't listening. My frustration just built up and my anxiety was through the roof. I almost gave up and then I was able to speak with Attorney Jared Moore. He started by going to the courthouse to get my paperwork. He didn't hesitate or anything. Just went and didn't even mention money. He called me back and he explained everything that would happen and what he could do. His fee was much less than what I had been previously quoted so I paid and sent proof of my disability and he told me to sit back and as soon as the hearing was held he would call me. He did EVERYTHING that he said he would and then some. My only regret was not being able to meet him face to face and shake his hand. Contacted the firm on a Sunday about an employment issue with a past employer. Got a call from Jared at 9 am the next day. He immediately set about getting the paperwork filed, and less than a month later, had a settlement for me. Jared is professional, polite, and to the point. He does not mess around, and he always takes the time to explain each step of the process. Rates were more than fair. Would highly recommend if you need a lawyer for employment law.

He immediately went to work assisting our family. We were having a very difficult time dealing with our local school district not following my disabled child's 504 plan and discriminating against her due to her disabilities. Once Attorney Moore made contact with the BOE, we started getting the meetings we had requested. Jared was easy to reach at all hours and we had immediate responses any time we needed him. There are no shortages of attorneys in the Northern West Virginia area, but finding one to best fit the needs of my particular situation was a challenge. My situation involved a couple that had breached a signed real estate contract of a property I owned. The couple demanded I return the earnest money even though the contract clearly stated the earnest money would be forfeited if they backed out of it for no good reason. The couple tried every trick in the book to get their earnest money back and even hired a high-priced attorney in an effort to “scare” me.
