They kept me updated and were very helpful, especially Diana, who was very sweet. They were super supportive and made themselves available to speak with me even outside their normal business hours. I received Paul’s number from a friend at work and I called to make an appointment I was able to get in that very next day. I met with bryan the first time to go over all my info. I only met him that one time but he was very nice & knowledgeable with all my insurance questions. Paul, Diana, & Amy went above & beyond for me with this case making sure my kids & myself got what we deserved from this accident. I recently moved from the area and they still worked with me on zoom calls or if something needed signed they would meet me half way. && that right there alone says a lot about a person. I will finish this review with there is no better choice than Cranston & Edwards!!!

Bryan went above and beyond with everything. Everything was done in a timely manner, and we were kept updated throughout the entire process. No one wants to have to deal with medical malpractice or the loss of a parent, but he helped ease our concerns.
