Sam has helped me feel heard and respected in a stressful situation.
After I was hit by a drunk driver, Sam quickly made sure I knew what to do and how to monitor the situation to resolve my insurance issues to ensure the best possible outcome. He was available for questions and remembered to check in with me to make sure we were on the same page.
