Brianna is excellent. Ardent is the perfect adjective for her. She is intelligent, organized, efficient, and also so compassionate. She’s upfront and honest so you know how to navigate through your complicated case. Put your trust in her and she will represent properly.

Brianna was my lawyer for my divorce. She was understanding of the situation I was in and listened to my needs. She guided me in what would be most realistic and give me my desired outcome. She was good at advocating for my needs rather than trying to hurry along the process.

Brianna McCardle, via Ardent Legal, PLLC, provided me with excellent legal representation regarding my child-support recalculation case. Brianna worked for Adams Legal Group, PLLC, in Morgantown when she took over my case, following the departure of the attorney who was working on the case. Brianna kept me updated with every development regarding my case. She was very professional, very understanding, easy to talk with, and very patient. When she provided the Adams Legal Group with a four weeks resignation notice, which she promptly informed me about, including that it would not change her representation of my case since the case's final court hearing was within that time frame, Adams Legal Group terminated her employment and failed to notify me immediately -even though my court hearing was a couple of days away. Nevertheless, i managed to get in contact with Brianna-who was in the process of setting up Ardent Legal, PLLC, in time to resume my representation, as i faced a prospect of having my court hearing rescheduled for months later since Adams Legal Group would not have had enough time to be prepared. Even as she was busy transitioning to Ardent Legal, including making arrangement for the office space, Brianna was very attentive to my case, carefully explained every detail of my case, and satisfactorily answered all my questions. Moreover, Brianna did not ask for a new retainer fee to continue her representation via Ardent Legal. Brianna even offered me a discount to cover the expenses I incurred to fax some documents to the court, since I live in Iowa and was not able to share those documents, electronically, with her during the time when she stopped working at Adams Legal Group and when she resumed my representation. In sum, I am totally satisfied with Brianna's representation. I am very pleased with the results of my case and, if needed in future, would happily return to her as a client.
