I had a hearing which I wasn't notified of and michael was my lawyer and didnt tell me we had a court date and over 3 years later I have a capias against me for failure to appear. I've tried to call over 20 times and no answer. Cant leave a message because his voice mail is full. Lawyers like this need to be held accountable for ineffective counsel. I'm reporting him to the west Virginia bar association. And anyone who wasn't properly represented by Michael should report him to the bar. Lawyers will do their job correctly if you show them your not going to settle for what ever the state throws out for a guilty plea if your innocent.

I hired Mr. Safcsak to handle my legal issues in WV. He came highly recommended from numerous people and he definitely did not let me down. After getting me an even better result than I expected, I can see why he is so highly respected. I would highly recommend him to anybody needing an attorney!

I had been through several attorneys when I finally hired Mike. Hands down the best decision I made in this whole process! He fought way harder than any other attorney I ever had. He always took the time to make sure I understood what was going on in my case and made sure I got what I wanted in this case. Great guy and a great lawyer.

Mike was appointed to represent me on a CPS child custody case. He was very professional and fought very hard to get me a good result. He made himself available to meet with me and even responded to my texts during evenings and weekends. I highly recommend Mike.

Had him for cps case. When I did not ask for any Court papers I was an ideal client. Once I began asking for documents and my case discovery he stopped being my attorney. Complexity of a single cell organism. Inept does anything the court wants. Only fight he has is looking in the mirror. Don't waste time or money. If court appointed fire him an request a new one

I won't even rate this guy. He never keeps in touch, he was hardly I any mdts, he either does not know the law or does not care (I would say a good bit of both and also does not know what he is doing or lies (not sure which). People rely on a attorney to help them out when they need it. Somehow he is like a "adult" version of what your average mcdonald's highschool worker would be. I knew I should have changed attorneys. Switch if you have this guy.

Mike failed at providing any kind of solid help towards my case. He did the least amount of work. Didnt represent me with any professionalism. Was always late showing up to court hearings. Didnt respond but a few times via text or phone calls. Doesnt care if you win or lose. He is a part of the problem. Do not get represented by this man

I have been trying to contact my attorney with things that have been going on with my child, andvi fear for his safety and nobody seems to do nothing about it. I have been wrongly accused of child abuse & neglect, there was no investigation, i have had no visits with my child and now for some reason they have been terminated because i supposably had contact that wasn't approved. I need help to get my child back because of father's actions, drinking& driving while have child in vehicle, leaving child home alone & running around unsupervised.
