Not responsive, tried to set up a meeting time multiple times, they asked me to email them, when the email address didn’t work, I called them back, they asked me to email them again, when the email was received they said they were too busy to help.

I was recently seeking help from an attorney when I found Mark Everett Law. A new attorney named Chirag Desai was eager to help me after hearing my case. He answered my questions and eased my concerns with truthful answers and educated responses throughout the entire process in a professional and friendly manner that really stood out. If I ever need legal help in the future, ill be calling him right away.

I have had many terrible experiences with lazy & uneducated attorneys in my area so I reached out to some law firms in Morgantown which is hours away from me. I was hesitant to work with Chirag Desai due to his inexperience but after meeting him in court today, it became clear that what he lacks in real world experience is made up for by his ambition to make his mark, build a reputation & to be successful. He is well educated, well researched, very personable & cares enough to put the time in to find the answers & references he needs to make a successful case. I used him for a civil real estate circuit court case, which we won, but would recommend him for any case he is willing to take on. I intend to continue utilizing his services in the future.
