Wagoner, and Desai are professional, hardworking, and straight forward gentlemen who will fight for what’s right to help you in any way possible when others won’t. I came to them with my case and they did just that. They always reassured me that things would be taken care of. I 100% recommend them and they don’t let others disrespect someone cause of the situation that happened, I felt like my voice was heard and I’m hoping with my story that it will helps others know that it’s okay to speak up.

I was in need of some legal help with an accident that was almost 2 years old. I wasn’t getting anywhere with the insurance company and was running out of time. I contacted Wagoner Desai, PLLC and spoke with attorney Chirag Desai. He spoke with me about my accident and very quickly understood the situation. Chirag knew that there was no time to waste as paperwork needed to be filed within a few days or the statute of limitations would prevent any legal action. Within 20 hours Chirag had paperwork to me for review and for me to approve. What was impressive was the short amount of time it took to prepare the draft and the detailed accuracy of the complaint. I sent back my approval so the paperwork could be filed within the time frame required. After doing all of that work we discussed the filing fees, and the normal attorney fees. What was impressive was the fact that I never felt like the fees were a priority with Chirag, but what was important was getting me protected. To be very clear this was a very short time frame which was a maximum of 4 days till the dead line. Chirag kept in touch with me every day, kept me informed of every step and when he needed to discuss things in detail he would call me without hesitation. Chirag was more concerned about my health than anything else. The case was settled within 2 months and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. I was in a car accident May of 2019 resulting in a number of issues with my neck, back, and hip. This Law Firm came highly recommended to handle my case.
