I recently went to Mr. Eddie Wagoner for a malpractice case. He was definitely very helpful and very kind. Unfortunately my case wasn't able to go anywhere, but he did call and tell me what his specialist decided and went over the reasoning. Even though we weren't able to take it to court I'd definitely recommend him.

Chirag listened to me about my injury and immediately helped me out. Also referred me to MoveRight in Morgantown, where they helped me out with physical therapy and getting better. He kept in touch with me the whole way, and got me treatment and the settlement I deserved.

I met Mr. Wagoner after a not at fault accident. When I reached out to him about my case, he was very receptive, very forwards, and very nice regarding my situation. Almost felt like talking to an old buddy in a professional way. He explained to me the processes at each step, possible time periods for my case and what I could potentially expect as an end result. I felt very comfortable allowing Mr. Wagoner to take my case through the entire thing. As time went on he would explain to me everything I needed to know and was receptive as well as thorough when answering any questions I had. I did not feel spoken down to, disrespected, or like I wasn't the ultimate decision maker at any point during our later conversations. Responses to text messages were answered within about a day or so, even sometimes on the weekends too if he had a spare moment. Ultimately I'm very satisfied with Mr. Wagoner's attitude and professionalism as well as how open and honest he was to me. I will definitely be giving him a call again in the future if I need any advice or his services again.
