Mr. Bailess was beyond helpful with everything. He was the first lawyer I have ever met who genuinely cared, and worked day in and day out to help me with anything I needed to relief stress, and ensure I’d be happy. He is not only a great lawyer, but a great person who wants to see his clients succeed. Everyone at this law firm is very professional, polite, honest, and caring. I have had nothing, but a great experience. I will definitely be referring everyone I know to Bailess Law Firm to see Todd.

I would highly recommend Sam and his firm. They handled an issue we had that went to litigation,and they were very professional and prepared throughout the whole process. When I approached their firm and dealt with Mr. Madia, he listened to my issue and and quickly came up with all we needed to solve the problem at hand.
