After receiving my DUI, Michael was there from the start. After our initial phone call and consultation, he started on my case right away. He made the process smooth and less stressful. He makes the decisions WITH you, not for you. He always made sure that I understood everything that was going to happen or could happen and was honest and thorough throughout the entire process. He took a horrible situation and turned it around for me. I felt confident in him at all times. He is well versed in DUI law and helped to bring me back down to earth after thinking my life was over after being arrested. Attorney Simms was always in contact with any new information for my case and answered my phone calls and emails in a timely manner (if not instantly).
