Nice on the phone. The call didn't last long do to what I needed they don't practice law in that area, but it was very nice to recommend a firm that did.

I cannot agree with other vets, since I have applied for their service and got a call explaining because I live in Puerto Rico, I have to go to this link to the website for the National Organization of Veterans Advocates (NOVA) that may be able to assist you further with your VA Disability Claim. Which if I go to that link there is no one there for Puerto Rico.

The team at Jan Dils is phenomenal! I experienced some issues when filing a claim for VA benefits with assistance from a VSO. After retaining Jan Dils a new claim I filed only took two months from start to finish! They offer great assistance with any VA claims from appeals to new claims. Thank you so much!
