They were very informative and very patient with me when I didn't understand something. It took me two and a half years to finally get approved and they stuck with it every step of the way. I recommend Jan Dils for anyone who needs a lawyer for the social security needs.

I had a very good experience with Jan Dils office. The case workers that were assigned to me were very friendly.When ever I needed to call them for information they got back with me the same day. I was applying for disability insurance and had tried it myself but the social security administration turned me down and would not help me. Before applying for disability call Jan Dils Attorney at Law you won't regret it.

Robert Robb here...I am extremely pleased that Jan Dils successfully won my case with the VA. Initially, I tried to open my case on my own in 1969 (no, that is not a typo!). My case was denied and I gave up for many years. After moving to the mid Ohio Valley area in 2018, I started hearing good things about Jan Dils and thought I would try one more time with a highly recommended attorney. Her office staff made me feel like I was in good hands and I especially appreciated how responsive the Case Managers were in answering any questions I had. Thank you for a great outcome!!!

This review is for my request for VA Disability help. I spent a couple hours on the phone with one of the VA Leads going over my case. I needed help with an Appeal and adding a couple more conditions. I gave them everything they needed. I was then told that it would be 24-48 hours for a decision on whether or not they could take me on as a client. I received a call back in approx. 40 hours to inform me that they could not take on my case. So I assume my case would not make them enough money so they decided not to take on my case. Jan Dils has advertising all over my area with TV adds and Billboards everywhere, I really needed their help, but I guess my case was not big enough for them to make money. I asked why they could not take on my case and the answer I received was, "not at this time". So basically no reason.. Very disappointed in the support I thought I was going to get from an accredited law firm.. Side Note: The gentleman who took my information (CL) was very courteous and enjoyable to talk to.
