Staff is very nice and helpful

If you are a veteran hoping to find support in your claim; do not use this law firm. They are way over worked and do not have time to support you. The VA has had options to expedite my appeal in place for months and they refuse to assist with helping me get benefits in the timeframe that will make a difference for me (the information they tell me about the expedited process is directly refuted on the VA website). Emails go unanswered for well over a week. Voicemails don't get responded to. I have been asking what additional evidence I need to gather (being fully willing to do the work I retained them to do) they cannot even give any answers to that. I have had to borrow tens of thousands of dollars from friends and family through this process just to keep my family clothed and fed. Find a smaller lawyer who will really care about you and work to get you what you need, this firm does not Fight 4 Vets as their website suggests. I am a Vet and have had them retained for over 10 months, I am still as alone and in the dark on what the VA needs from me as I was 11 months ago. I am not just some nay sayer, I have never left a review for anything online before, I figured out how to do it just so that I could warn other battle buddies, stay away!

Kept my doctor appointment and medical conditions up to date. Answer all my questions about the hearing. The lawyer that went with me to the hearing was very professional. Done a good job. Very pleased.

If you need to use a attorney, I highly suggest Jan Dils attorney at law office. Professional staff that treats you like you are their only client. I never had to wonder what was happening next my case worker always helped me stay aware of progress. My attorney, told me what to expect and was spot on, the whole experience was smooth. Jan Dilis and associates are absolutely amazing. From the start of my case to the finish I have felt they have been with me every step of the way. First off they were the only one to even decide to take on my case from the many people that we talked to. Jan Dils and her team work so hard to get my benefits that was due to us from 7 years ago, I am here to tell you I was shocked to see a ratting of 100 percent from the va disability claim. I was rated at 0percent 7 years ago, this team is Amazing. Our situation may be different then urs but they felt it was due to us and when it was time to get compensated they told us they didn't want anything they were just happy they were able to help us.
