I appreciate the Jan-Dils Staff for always being on things that affected my Claims. I went from 10% Disability when they took my case to 80% today and we're not through just yet. I would refer any Service Members to submit their story to the firm if they feel unhappy about what their current Disabilitie(s) RET, MSG (USA)

Would not recommend for veterans. You will do most of the foot work and you will speak to a voicemail more than a live person. It’s not personable service it’s more of herding cattle. I obtained a 100% on my own and because Im still in appeals for other conditions with this firm I dont want to restart my appeals over. If it weren't for that reason I would not use this law office!

I contacted your law firm back in 2021 and they did the consultation over the phone and was very mannerly and explained things to me that I was not sure if. My case was a SSDI case that had been denied. I contacted COVID. I almost died from it. I was not able to go back to work or drive again. I have nerve damage in my right leg. But the Jan Dils Law Firm employees that I had on my case went out of their way for me. I would like them to be noticed: Ms. Chelsea Parker, Julia, Melissa and Amanda Richards. I will pass on the word about this company and the way your company knows how to treat people with courtesy and respect.

What should have been a year and a half ended up taking 4 years as they waited until the very last week to file my appeal. This threw me into covid court. When asked they made up a story that used facts that didn't exist. It's a shame that a law firm that "cares" so much for veterans screws over vets to make more from their backpay.

I am a 41 year old, who suffers from a number of disabling conditions, That being said, as I am young has always been a judgement or a hurdle for me, I was denied numerous times by social security. I finally got the appeal to have a hearing in front of an administrative judge, and I was so nervous, but Chelsea Parker,my attorney, continued to assure me, don’t worry I am here to fight for you and I will be here the whole time. Chelsea Parker did just that she fought for me, she helped me in every way, and with her, I just found out today I was approved!!! Thank you so much Chelsea Parker.and the whole staff at Jan Dils, without your assistance I would have never won my case!!!!! Memory isn't my strong suit, but I remember the name Chelsea coming up more than once for the three years I've been involved with Jan Dils. She was helpful and patient with me despite my neurological difficulties and I can't think of anything in the process that could have been handled better. A cursory skim of google results suggests that the firm works with people like me regularly, so it may be a good choice for those crippled by verbal and/or wavelength issues.

I've been relying on Jan Dils' services for several years, and my experience has been exceptional. Although the battle for an increase in service connection has been prolonged, this is largely attributable to VA wait times, not the firm's efforts. The team at Jan Dils, particularly Noah, Leah, Josh, and anyone else I may have missed, has consistently demonstrated their dedication. Their responsiveness is noteworthy; emails are consistently answered within 48 hours. What sets them apart is their regular check-ins every three months, showcasing a genuine concern for my well-being and reminding me that they do care about me. My only regret is not contacting them right after my service. I was given advice to do it on my own because so many other veterans have done it. And to whoever those veterans, good for them. But if you are reading this review, most likely you're debating on getting a lawyer - I would recommend using Jan Dils for your claim to give you more hope of increasing your rating.
