From the very beginning Dustin and Bill have been on point and paid attention to detail every step of the way. My case was very complex and across state lines that involved dealing with another state's jurisdiction. They did the proper research and put time and effort into having my case completed successfully. The office was VERY attentive to my calls and emails and would usually reply within a day. If you want your lawyer to be successful you have to be willing to work with them as well and not just have them do all your work for you. I worked side by side with this team and we were successful because of it. If you are lazy and expect any law firm to do 100% of everything for you then you are probably the problem. Great Job Team Summers!

I want to thank Mr. Summers and all of his associates for their help. Mr. Summers was very good with explanation of the Family Court process throughout. Mr. Summers made himself available when needed, even scheduling a meeting when the rest of his office was closed for Veteran’s Day. I believe wholeheartedly that Mr. Summers is an outstanding attorney, though I don’t feel that is the level of representation that I received. I feel that we had several billed meetings for paperwork and facts that were never filled and that he showed up unprepared. However, I do feel that your experience may be better than mine. He is a brilliant attorney, if he decides to show up for your case (mentally, not physically).Believe both the positive and negative reviews.

Bill, Dustin and the rest of his staff are absolutely amazing and get stuff done in a timely manner! If you have a questions they always get right back to you. I’ve been going through a very nasty divorce/custody battle and Bill and Dustin have been there every step of the way supporting me and trying to keep things less stressful. I highly recommend them both!
