Attorneys and staff are A++

Zak Stewart is a wonderful lawyer. He is both quite knowledgeable and accountable. He is incredibly responsive and he takes the time to understand what his clients need in order to create a custom approach to supporting their needs. Beyond this he is a genuinely good person who I trust without reservation. I would highly encourage those considering this firm to engage the firm for their legal needs.

Attempted to schedule a consultation with Carry, called multiple times over a 3 week period never received a return call. Definitely don’t want a lawyer office so disorganized to represent me they can’t return 5 phone calls, unless they are so overworked they have zero time to return calls I can’t imagine them being able to properly devote time and attention to a client. Either way looks bad on the whole office. UPDATE: within minutes of posting this review I received 3 missed calls and a voicemail from Mr. Stewart apologizing about the lack of communication and below responded to my review. I extend condolences to the loss Mr Stewart experienced with his family and I hope he is recovering well from Covid. (Kinda funny 5 calls over a 3 week span go ignored and yet one negative review gets an immediate return call, this shows total lack of consideration for the potential clientele and only self preservation, but I digress) Unfortunately, the voicemail doesn’t help or address the problems outlined in my complaint. Mr. Stewart, by his own words, is responsible for coordinating his office, he desperately needs to coach his staff and partner, Mr. Carey, in public relations and the qualifications of his practice. When I spoke to the secretary, I was directed that Carey was the person specialized in the particular case I was seeking consultation for. So naturally i directed my calls toward Mr Carey. I was never once directed or informed that Mr. Stewart is the one specializing in my complaint and not Mr. Carey. I highly suggest Mr. Carey and Mr. Stewart educate their staff about their practices and work on communication methods inter-office. I cannot imagine the level of disorganization this office experiences with simple matters like “who specializes in what field” befuddles the staff, what would happen in court?

Zack Stewart is such a personable lawyer. I’ve used him twice before and both times he’s been phenomenal. I wouldn’t .choose any other lawyer to help with cases than him. He comes down to your level as an individual and explains everything in terms that you can understand. He is so educated and just all around very intelligent. He is very smart and smooth.. You can see that he genuinely cares about his client and the outcome. He has helped my son make a 180 degree with his life and to this I owe him a Big shout out of “Thank You” Zach! Well done Zachary Stewart.

Attorney Jim Carey, a knowledgeable attorney, and I would Highly Recommend him. Here is my review of a man that is thoughtful and caring. My daughter and I had issues with a man that was very threatening, and we did not know where to start. We called Mr. Carey’s office and his staff member that was on the phone with me, listened to what I needed but my daughter and I were not sure if Mr. Carey would be able to help. She has been with him for several years and knew he could help us; she made us an appointment to see him very quickly. Still not sure if he could help us, we arrived without delay to our appointment. I knew just the way he answered our questions that he was the one we wanted to take our case. He is caring, knowledgeable and aggressive, which is exactly what we needed. Mr. Jim Carey IS professional, caring willing to help us without putting his own profit first. Mr. Carey never let us down and if we had questions, he was always available to speak to us, not matter the time of day. He has always kept us updated and was very diligent with keeping us updated with everything that was necessary or was coming up. My daughter and I will always be grateful to Jim.
