He was court appointed to represent my father after my father's paid attorny died mid case. Carey did not review the file thoroughly and did not pick up where Mr. Yeager left off. He treated it as a new case and would not allow us to speak the complete history of the case while on the stand. He is unfair and I do not recommend him.
