Best attorney ever ! I was injured in an auto accident and injured my neck. Attorney Sellitti was with me every step of way. No one ever wants to file a lawsuit as it is a very stressful time. You need a veteran polished attorney like James Sellitti to guide you. He never stops fighting for his client. I wanted to settle early on but Mr. Sellitti reminded me that my injuries justified more as I could possibly have long term recurring issues as a result of the accident. In the end, my settlement was ten times more than the initial offer by the insurance company. In addition, attorney Sellitti never gives up and was prepared to go to trial if a just offer was not made by the insurance company. Highly recommend using Mr Sellitti !
