When we bought our house a few years ago, Andrew Thalman went out of his way to not only explain and reexplain things, but also to follow up and explain them again. He even scheduled the closing when it was most convenient with us. It really helped to trust the person sitting across from you when you’re signing endless forms.
Good person who I have recommended to many over the years and will for plenty more to come.
