Legal proceedings are a confusing, long, and terrifying process. After my accident, I was lucky to have Clayton and Kendra there to manage the legal aspects while I focused on my recovery. Clayton is so good at being objective, rational, and supportive- He is great at explaining things in "non-lawyer" for me. Kendra made the stress of getting documentation and paperwork organized non-existent for me. I think that speaks to how hard she works. The fact I could start a PhD program and work while going through this legal proceedings shows how much stress they took from me. In the courtroom, Bob and Clayton make a fierce team. They have such tact and drive. They presented a great case, were firm and knowledgeable in their arguments, and worked diligently to get an outcome that was best for me. I am so thankful for all Bob, Clayton, and Kendra have done for me. In addition, they are such staples in this community. Bob Fitzsimmons is the master. He is unbelievable. He lovingly and kindly defended our 84 year old mother and won for her what was rightfully hers. He protected my four sisters and I from the attack of a greedy, ungrateful bully. He is completely versatile. He is kind and gentle when needed, and tough as nails when necessary.
