This lawyer took my money then tried to plead me out by force and threats he did not do what he was hired for then he tried to extort more money from my family then he went in to do illegal things in my case without my knowledge. He was fired and when he was fired he tried to make it seem neutral but he was not honest always making promising things not doing what he says then trying to play buddy with the prosecutor to gain favors. He also lost a made me get a mistrial in another case I hired for and got me in court for 2 years just pushing me through the system. He also worked with the government against a me making deals contrary to what I stated and went and got me locked up blamed me for it. He has fraudulent billing and has had his lisence revoked for consistently doing the same criminal conduct but the last time the Supreme Court of Wisconsin spared him with a dissent saying he should have his liscence complete revoked this is John Miller for you check his record and see how many times they reprimanded him and punished him for his misconduct

I got arrested for my third DUI and I did not have a clue as to what to do, who to talk to, who would be willing to take me as a client so I pulled out the phone book made a few calls to different attorney's and no one was interested because it happened in a county far from where I live and they where not willing to travel, then I seen attorney Carroll's picture and add and it got my attention, it was to the point and direct so I called, after reviewing my case he accepted it knowing he would have to drive almost three hours multiple times. What I thought was great about Attorney Carroll was that he kept me informed every step of the way, I was able to contact him at any time if I had questions, even on his personal phone. His office staff is courteous, patient and always kept me informed as well. This was not a long drawn out affair and the results were favorable for me, all charges were dropped and my record cleared. I retained John Two years ago, Oct 2o11 right after I was pulled over for my third DUI. John seemed to be a smash mouth shark of a lawyer, which is what I wanted. Once the money changed hands it seemed as though he did not care about my case at all. I never heard from John regarding updates on the case, what he was doing for ME, and what he was doing to try to get this case dismissed or reduced. As time went by, nothing changed! I went to court date after court date and nothing was coming to fruition with my case. It seemed that he had no plan of action. I feel like he came up with ideas a minute before we went into the court room. His punctuality was terrible. Late for court dates, late for meetings at his office. Overall just careless. Remember that your lawyer works for you! You are paying for his service. make sure that your lawyer understands that.. JOHN DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THIS. He is unprofessional in all aspects of the word!

i retained john miller carroll back in december,the man has a very tight schedule and when i thought he wasnt working on my case i was dead wrong ! just because he didnt suck my money up with bs phone calls or letters he did an amazing job,i had 6 repeater drug charges facing 26 years in a county where i was very known,and jonh got me a deal of a life time walked away pleading guilty to repeat pot charged and got 2 years probation concurrent to my original sentance,did i mention i was on parole after already doing 5 years in prison for drugs,yeah i will forever keep john retained.

I was facing several felony charges (drugs/gun) and the DA would not give me an acceptable plea bargain (DA wanted wanted me to go to prison for 7-9 years). So we went to jury trial and I was found guilty on all counts (three felonies and 1 misdemeanor). The jury came back with a verdict within 3 hours. John was awsome.
