Attorney Pitz was so easy to work with. He explained everything in great detail to me. I had great confidence that he was representing my best interests. His legal assistant was so wonderful and very knowledgeable. Staci would answer any questions I had, and really did a great job helping me. The biggest thing I liked about this law firm is the fact when I made a call to the office, I always got an answer quickly and I was always happy with the answer I got. Everyone at Sigman, Janssen, Stack, Sewall & Pitz were so great!

Nice firm to work with. They handled my dad's car accident case. I had to take over when he passed away, but they made things really straightforward for me. They even help with the estate after the case was done. The two attorneys I worked with were Mark Sewall and Bridget Erwin. Both very friendly and very good.

I was not real thrilled with our overall experience. While our initial contact was great, every time we asked a question or wanted a greater understanding thereafter we were made to feel as though we were bothering them. Many times we had to ask for initiation with our treating doctors and had to "yell" to get the lawyer to reach out to the doctor who performed our surgeries and was the primary "specialist" on the case as he felt it was unnecessary and not needed for our overall case. We did not feel as though our lawyer worked as hard as he could ... even during the mediation he wanted our counteroffers to be lower and openly voiced his disapproval of our path forward. When we questioned about the date our settlement arrived (according to the signed agreement) we were told "rarely do they ever arrive within that time frame and it will show up soon. This was unacceptable, we signed an agreement and the other insurance company was not going to abide by it and when we asked if he could please then file a complaint he was none too happy and did not file the complaint/breach of contract. I would not go back and would not recommend them.

I called on a Monday and explained that my daughter had been in an accident and described her injuries, that she missed work etc. and since I had not been in this type of a situation before, could someone let me know if I should have legal representation. The person that answered the phone was pleasant and said someone would call me back the next day. By Thursday afternoon, I still had not heard from anyone. I called to let them know no one had contacted me and that I would be looking to another law firm but wanted to share this with them for future clients and all the person had to say was OK. If that's how little they care about their clients and if this is how they follow up on items, then I can't see why anyone would trust them.
