We have never dealt with a lawyer before. We had a tough case (at least we thought it was tough). From the very first call we made and asked for help it was a sigh of relief. Any problem we had or questions that came up all we had to do was call and it was resolved. To us Rich went beyond to help us.

From the moment that I met Mr. Elrod in September 2009 I felt at ease. This meeting was only three weeks after my accident. Mr. Elrod and his staff were always readily available for support and compassionate regarding the components of my disability. I would recommend Mr. Elrod; a "10 out of 10"!

Very pleased. I would recommend Rich to anyone I know. I felt very confident working with him, trusted his decisions, and I felt very at ease and knowledgeable with all decisions that were made. Rich puts everyone as an equal and does not talk down to you. Again, I am very happy with my decision to use him as my attorney.
