Maybe he is a good lawyer within the Fox Valley, but through my own experiences with him outside of the people he may know in the local court system, he won’t do you much good. He will cut corners and screw you over financially because he doesn’t reach out to communicate with you. Expect unanswered calls and texts when working with this man. James Walcheske is professional, kind and truly an amazing intelligent attorney. He always kept us well informed, returned calls and emails quickly and got the job done! Contacted this firm three times (once via the internet and twice by phone leaving messages) NO ONE ever contacted me back. I surely would use a different law firm as this one appears to be very unprofessional.

Brad is a great defense attorney. He takes time to listen to the details, and gives you an honest opinion about your options and what outcomes you could expect. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Totally puts his client's interests first. Very easy to talk with. He explains everything in detail yet in a way you can understand. Brad is highly organized. I would strongly recommend him.

WONDERFUL, kind, knowledgeable! Working with this law form is a breath of fresh air. Never been disappointed and sent many referrals that have been happy as well. If you happen top need a lawyer, I would call this law firm first. They know how to make you feel comfortable and explain all your options thoroughly and what your next steps should be!
