Three years ago, I was struck by car while walking in a crosswalk in my town. My father actually found this law firm and hired attorney Mike Siddall for a lawsuit against the person who hit me and Pekin insurance. After a three year struggle, and coming close to going to court, the case was finally settled. It took a long time and a lot of work for Mike but I can't be any more grateful for his time and patience with the case. Mike is a very friendly and ethical lawyer who knows his job and the law like a book. He even discounted his service so I could keep as much of the money that came out of my settlement. If I do have any more issues, and hopefully I won't, I'm definitely going to hire him again. I highly recommend going to Mike and I write this review in thanks to him and Herrling Clark for the hard work and job well done from my father and me.

I am pleased with Herrling Clark, particularly with the fact that they have a wide area of coverage, including Green Bay. Follow-up has been good, communication was clear and concise. Bottom line, worry and stress free.

I had a car accident case with Attorney John Claypool and his staff Tami Wunderlich and Amanda Benton which all of them were amazing, They answered every question I had with no hesitation and in a timely manor. With the difficulties we were having with the billing company where my medical bills were accumulating, Many times the clinic would say the bills weren't paid and they were outstanding, which never was the case, but ended up being an error on their end. I would call Tami and she made sure to get things figured out with them ASAP. No matter how many times I contacted her about the unpaid bills and the troubles with the clinic, she had a phone call into them with in hours and it all fixed within a day or two! She definitely eliminated the majority of the stress someone is bound to have when dealing with a car accident, the pain and the unwanted and unexpected medical bills. I unfortunately didn't have much contact with Amanda only because I had worked with Tami so much, but the little I did she was great and always was helpful. When it comes to John as my attorney, there is not enough stars to give him due to his amazing professionalize and full support he had with me during my entire case! To him it wasn't just about the end result and what he was going to benefit from this case, but it was, all about my well being and doing everything he could for me while I was going through this. He never made me feel like I was just another number... His compassion for his clients is huge and why I would recommend him, his staff and the entire firm in the future. I couldn't be more happy with the results I had received from this firm. I hope I don't ever need an Attorney again in the future, but If I do...this will be the firm that I would definitely use!
