Stacey Schlemmer failed to tell me important information about about my case that cost me thousands of dollars. The case dragged on way too long, and then she quit on me one week before my hearing. Not only would I not recommend hiring her, but I will be filling a formal complaint

I first met Stacy at a seminar regarding the legal rights for single parents. It was clear from the beginning that Stacy was very knowledgeable and passionate about this topic; this isn’t a job for her - she truly wants to empower single parents. I knew before I left the seminar that I needed her to represent my custody case and that’s where our journey began. My case was exceptionally difficult; I knew it would take someone with focus, fortitude, and determination and Stacy completely delivered. At our first meeting, I explained where my case was at and what I wanted the outcome to be. At every step, she was available, honest, and direct. I always knew the best and worst case possibilities - although she doesn’t often settle for less than what she’s putting on the table! Stacy doesn’t waiver, falter, or flinch and her attention to detail and quick thinking are definitely a force to be reckoned with. For her performance as my attorney, I’ll give her a 10/10. But here’s the thing… Stacy becomes more than an attorney, she becomes a friend. She shouldered all of my worries and fears so that I could focus on just being a mom. She handled everything so I could be present for my son. For that, she is well above a perfect rating. If I could share any advice from my experience, it would be this: Do not go into court alone. There were so many things I didn’t know, would have missed or overlooked, and Stacy handled all of it. Stacy made sure that the outcome I wanted from day one was the outcome I walked out of court with. That wouldn’t have been possible without her by my side.

I would highly recommend Stacy to any single dads going through a custody battle. She's the best there is, PERIOD! Stacy, isn't just some lawyer looking to get paid. She genuinely cares about you and your situation. She will do whatever it takes to make sure you get the custody you deserve! She helped me get 50/50 custody through a very tough battle. I really felt that she was there for me every step of the way. She helped keep me calm and confident during intense situations. Dads, getting more custody obviously means being able to spend more time with you child and developing an even better relationship. Stacy WILL get you that! Lastly, I have many friends who went with a lesser attorney who may have been cheaper. They regret it to this day. You get what you pay for. Stacy is the best there is and if you refuse to go with her because some lesser attorney might be cheaper, then you are putting a price tag on your relationship with your child. You have the rest of your life to make money, but missed time with your child means missed opportunities for memories that last forever. Go with Stacy Schlemmer, you will not regret it!
