I will never be able to forgive you state of wisconsin after your law enforcement agent, and even a clercial clerk having to tell me sorry that the wisconsin law and the system did not work !

Jesse Leichsenring is a completely awful attorney. He wouldn't contact me for an entire month and finally when I emailed him I still took him two weeks to reply. Furthermore it quite apparent then he had the DA convinced I was being uncommunicative when getting a response from Jesse was like pulling teeth. To add insult to injury he at one agreed twice in the same conversation with my assessment of the case that they don't have a case but essentially was refusing to take it to trial. 10k trial fee is obsurd

Jesse of Muter law firm is BAD. For anyone with an important case, do yourself a favor and do not use him. The man has no idea what is going on. I can't believe he passed the Bar Exam. He has zero communication skills. From our first meeting with him for our guardianship case, he was unorganized, clueless to the law, he insisted we had met with him before our first meeting even after we told him we had not. Jesse failed to inform us of the paperwork necessary for our case and legal gaurdianship. If not for the GAL, our case would likely still be incomplete as she provided us with this info. Our first court day was postponed due to his negligence, and he never even bothered to inform us it was canceled. Jesse neglected to schedule a GAL meeting, which is necessary in gaurdianship cases, further proving his incompetance. We even had to call the Muter office and ask if he was showing up to the first court date, it was only then we were Informed it was canceled and then we were lied to as to the reason. We were told it was the DA, when we later found out it was him not scheduling the GAL meeting. Wife and I were frankly surprised when he showed up to our rescheduled court date. In the whole of the process we never once received a call, email or correspondance from Jesse. Sadly we had no choice to go with this law firm (Jesse) as all other lawfirms in the area had a conflict of interest. Otherwise we would have fired him very early into this process. He is HORRIBLE!!

Misty was great to work with. Her calm and collected demeanor helped considerably during a time of unknowns.

Jesse was incredible to work with and goes to bat for you right away. Very knowledgeable. Very empathetic during the whole process. The whole staff is easy to work with.

Jesse Leichsenring was the worst attorney l've ever had or dealt with. Many friends family members and other professionals could not believe how terrible he was. He did not work one bit to defend me or to keep me informed on anything. I felt anything, but represented. I would never ever recommend Muter Law Offices to anybody. It was the worst experience of my life.

Misty and Christy were both great to work with. Explained everything in a way that I could understand and got things done when they said they would. Changed my opinion of some lawyers.

FIVE STARS....JESSE WAS EXCELLENT. GOT MY CASE DISMISSED....THE STAFF AT THE OFFICE ( CRYSTAL ) IS EXCELLENT TOO! THANK YOU FOR BEING PATIENT AND HELPFUL IN MY TIME OF SOME STRESS.

Better off to represent yourself. She was in the way of my getting my divorce for 14 months and then when I let her go and took matters into my own hands there’s traction right away. She’s only in it to drag things out and charge more. Never prepared for a meeting and needs constant reminders about your case only costing you more in wasted time. Also will demand more large payments after the retainer just to keep representing you, even if you’re on a payment plan and never missed a payment. Don’t add this stress to your already stressful time in your life.
