Having zero experience in legal issues, or lawyers for that matter, I consulted with some of my law enforcement buddies for recommendations for attorneys. They unanimously recommended Jay Englund to help me with my case. Jay reviewed my case, and was honest and up front with me about my chances of winning my case. What I didn't know, is that the "chances" of winning my case has alot to do with how hard your attorney is willing to work. Finally, after 13 months, we had our day in court. I knew that Jay had spent countless hours going over every little detail of my case, but I didn't realize is how effective he is in the court room. Folks, if you are reading this review, you have to realize that Jay DOMINATES the court room. I walked into the courtroom with an uneasy feeling, but as the minutes ticked on and Jay started presenting evidence, I quickly gained more and more confidence. After 30 minutes of bringing up things that even I had forgotten about, quoting case law off the top of his head, and strategically questioning witnesses, there was no doubt HE had convinced the judge to throw out my case. And that's exactly what happened! Jay Englund is the Michael Jordan of attorneys. I cannot recommend him enough. If you are shopping for an attorney, believe me, you get what you pay for, but the intangibles are, how hard is your attorney going to work for you? Jay made me feel like I was his only client. The guy will simply bust his ass for you. In retrospect, I believe the difference between a good lawyer and great lawyer is their work ethic. If you hire Jay Englund, you will definitely get your money’s worth!

Jay Englund is by far the go to choice for legal advice/consultation. He helped me out tremendously and ended up getting my owi 2nd dismissed. Him and his assistant put in so much effort and time to make it all possible. He is very good at explaining all the legalities so you can easily understand what is going on.

William Pemberton is awesome! I got in a car accident and my injuries I sustained weren't shown at first. I had problems figuring out what was wrong with my back for quite some time. When I found out it was linked to my car accident, I struggled to find a lawyer to take my case. I called Pemberton and he took my case and we knew itd be risky because some time has passed since the accident.
