Jenny is a great worker!!

Jay is a beast. Not cheap but great.

After meeting with Jay Englund and going over my case I knew he was the one I needed as a defense attorney. Jay made no promises and even told me the likelihood of being found guilty was around 99%. However, if someone was going to work their hardest to find that 1% of not guilty or dismissed it was going to be him. Jay and his team kept me informed every step of the way. I was never out of the loop as to what was going on with my case or what his next move was going to be. Jay called me while he was on vacation a couple separate occasions to keep me informed. Jay is honest, hard working, does what he says, and says what he doing. I was charged with felony 4th offense DUI, deviation of designated lane, open intoxicates, and failure to install IID. With these charges carring significant jail time and lifetime loss of driving privileges I knew I I needed someone that was going to fight for me. Well, Jay did! All charges dismissed! I didn't think things like that actually happen! Jay fought like he said he was going to and had everything dismissed! I owe Jay alot more than a Google review but thought this was a good place to start. Thank you Jay!

I was involved in a trip and fall incident at a gas station in 2020. My femur had broke in half instantly, and I’m left with hardware in my leg to this day.
