It was wonderful to be represented in my personal injury claim by someone that made me feel like my case mattered to them. There was always great communication (not always easy to find), and even though the insurance company was impossible to deal with and it was over a year before I sought him out, he and his assistant, Michelle B., were wonderful to work with! Because of them, I am pleased with the outcome of the case and happy that it is over.

William Pemberton changed our lives, my 12 year old sons specifically. My sons mother kept him from me at birth and I had to go through court to get visitation to see my son. This continued throughout the years as I had to prove my worth to the courts that I had the right to raise my child. From the first week of his life, his mother started attaking me, and then calling the police on me. I went to jail many times, I cannot adopt my own grandson because of the claims of child abuse she reported about me. I was found not guilty on all accounts, but could do nothing to stop the damage done to me through the courts. My son went through 11 years of living with his mother part time, who would drop him off at her associates homes and dissappear for days. His mother has had 13 different boyfriends who would move right in with her, she frequently would invite new friends to stay for months on end. My sons mother has been addicted to pain medicine for 15 years now, destroying everyone's life along the way. William Pemberton was honest about our odds, he stayed with us for a two year battle, and with his tenacity wit and charm, he accomplished the unthinkable.
