I do not recommend Kelly Freeman for custody placement, she is not on top of things not going to mention what, however she has caused many issues with me and my family with delayed reaction and miss communication and telling one party one thing and the other party another. I think she is biased and will only promote what she thinks is fair. She almost got me in contempt of court.

I did not write the previous review. I included stars, because I am not able to just delete this review. I do not know anything about this lawyer's practice.

Unfortunately I have to give one star. I wouldn’t give one if there were an option. Does not return phone calls, paperwork gets lost in a pile on her secretaries desk and out right lied in court to judge. States that phone calls were not made and paperwork never turned in and judgements made on her behalf with NEVER talking to the parties involved.
It’s not retaliation nor harassment. It is the truth and as a service provided to the public we have the right to write reviews on services received. If you feel that the truth is harassment the perhaps reevaluate your service. We are not the only one’s that wrote a review.

Very unprofessional. Rude and gave us wrong information. After talking with 2 different attorneys who informed me I was right and Elliott Monahan was incorrect.

Attorney Freeman never calls back, never is in the office, never seems to make it to court, told me she didn't know what was going on with my case, REALLY!? you're the attorney! WOW is all I can say.

I am a Guardian ad Litem of Rock County. As such, I routinely work on cases that are highly contested child custody/placement. It is common in those cases that the party which does not prevail in court becomes angry and blames the Guardian ad Litem. I believe that is the case with the obviously angry poster which accused me of being unethical. I also believe that harassment of a party to the case, even the Guardian ad Litem, can result in penalties by the court. Although a person may not agree with my recommendations, they cannot slander and/or libel me. I believe I know the party that wrote the post and intend to investigate this matter, since it is harassment.
