Jon never had any interest in helping with my personal situation . I was strung along for over 2 years and got less money than I was originally offered. But he still took his full .33 percent For doing next to nothing. His staff couldn’t get my medical records. I had to get all the records they couldn’t find. I have been left with my life in financial ruin because my “attorney “didn’t care to help me when I needed help. Also I was lied to many times by Jon and his staff. I am not sure if was incompetence or they just did not care. Jon was supposed to help me get my trailer out of impound he did nothing. He and his staff said they would contact my medical providers to keep me out of collections,they did nothing at all my medical bills were charged off on my credit . Jon also sent me a email stating that he sent a demand to my insurance company I found out a week later he never sent anything just flat out lied to me. I am looking into legal malpractice charges against this lawyer. If you are interested in results not the run around,stay away from this guy
