I was referred to Bill Rettko and couldn't be more happy that I was introduced to him. Bill was knowledgeable, organized and effective. This was a long and unfamiliar process that was made much easier with his direction and success in court. His paralegal, Kris is excellent as well. Both were informative and communicative on status of my case throughout the process. Great team!

Mr. Rettko and his adroit paralegal Kristine work outstandingly together to expose the flaws of opposing counsel and their case. They discovered data critical to my case that even I had not realize on my own. Mr Rettko demonstrated sagacity and professionalism throughout the litigation process. I was impressed with his follow through in regards to communication. He contacts me immediately with developing information related to my case and explains them in terms I find to be succinct and easy to understand. Unfortunately after working for the same law office for 38 years, I was forced to pursue them for wrongful termination. Because I knew nothing about Wisconsin's equal rights laws, 2 years prior when I was originally put out to pasture, I had e-mailed Atty. Rettko about his representation regarding the various issues I needed to pursue. While he was not in a position to take on the several aspects involved, he was kind enough to reply to my e-mail, providing me with advice as to how I could pursue some on my own. Based on his encouragement, I did actually take care of several issues myself. In the interim I read a newspaper article about a clever tactic he used in successfully representing a client within the "equal rights" area and I recalled his taking the time to respond to my e-mail. Since my employer was an attorney, and the remaining situation was the actual "wrongful termination" complaint, I contacted him about representing me. He agreed. I had been looking forward to seeing Attorney Rettko pursue the matter at a hearing because I believe he is an extremely talented, articulate attorney, and I suspect historically he has many more "wins" than "losses". The case got much more involved than anticipated, and unfortunately the administrative judge more or less forced us into settling. I would absolutely recommend Bill Rettko to anyone needing equal rights representation. As “good guys” go, he’s one of them.
