Charles Graf handled my workmens comp case. I was very satisfied with the settlement and the timeline he gave me was right on target.

The attorney I spoke with (Graf) is so arrogant and rude, I would not have him represent my dog.

He's my attorney for my workman's comp case that's been going on for 16 years sometimes I don't think he's all about giving me information I have to call all the time but he's doing his job

Mr Mike Gileck disappointed us with his lack of service. Our meeting with him to discuss our case was very good and he seemed experienced and could help us to move forward with our situation. He encouraged us to retain him for my husband's serious workers Comp case; after a deep dive into the details of the accident we did. After our first visit at his office the communication on our case was horrible. We needed immediate help with the medical portion of the WC, which attorneys make no money at that point. But we needed details on our options as we progressed through the treatment and back to work stage of the process. His receptionist is literally a guard dog. It became impossible to ever get direct contact with him. We even left voicemails telling Mr Gillick that we understand if he did not want the case, but please have the courtesy to call and tell us. He left us hanging for months. We thought he was helping us to get the medical bills paid that were denied from workers comp However, we found out nothing was ever done , as they had agreed to do. He left us hanging on the first part of the WC denial. After 1 YEAR of receiving WC benefits year my husband was denied further benefits. We were left with thousands of dollars in medical bills and needed help to continue healing. We are focused on my husbands injuries and getting better and really needed Mr Gillian to do what he said he was going to do. It's been a horrible experience. We picked this firm because of its ratings as a top lawyer in Wisconsin. We were not impressed at all.our Advice is: Ask the attorneys in this firm up front if the case is worth it to them, if they can't give you a straight answer leave. You won't get good service if your case is only medical bills that you are trying to get paid. Not sure what happened because we never were able to talk to him to understand, he never returned calls as he stated he would. We moved our case to an attorney that was upfront and thorough about details on our specific situation. We are happy we did.
