My wife and I needed to update and correct some outdated some estate planning. Attorney Heinen walked us through every step. He explained everything in terms that we could understand. He gave us the confidence that our family will have few or no legal hurdles to deal with when the time comes. I have recommended Attorney Heinen. Mark made a difficult process of divorce draw out for much longer than it should have. (Over two years!) I was happy to get a divorce and understood that some of my assets would be split according to the letter of the law. My partner and I had discussed this at legends several times, and came to a verbal agreement. Once Mark got involved that all went out the window. He started making ridiculous demands, and was shot down by the court each and every time. Unfortunately Mr Knudsen does not have a good grasp of what divorce law looks like in Milwaukee County. The only thing I can think he was trying to accomplish was to make some audacious claim, and line his pockets before his *Hopefully Soon* retirement. This was a great dis-service to the court system and mostly his client! The Marriage Settlement Agreement that was signed and submitted to the court is the same verbiage i would have gladly signed over two years ago when this process started! He gained nothing but stress and financial strain for his client.

Making the decision to file for divorce was the most difficult decision I've ever had to make. It was truly a blessing to me to be able to work with such compassionate and caring people. Mark made sure that I felt very secure in knowing that he was there to protect me. I was very nervous about the entire process, and I had no idea what to expect. He made sure that I understood everything that was taking place by walking me through it, step by step. I trusted him completely, and I would recommend his services to anyone who would be in need of a trustworthy, respectable and caring attorney.

Jason did a good job for us on a Family Trust matter. This took from January till July of 2014, He was able to get some properties which weren't listed in the original trust, put into the trust and helped with obtaining such properties as well. It was one of his early projects with AUL LAW.
