Mark made a difficult process of divorce draw out for much longer than it should have. (Over two years!) I was happy to get a divorce and understood that some of my assets would be split according to the letter of the law. My partner and I had discussed this at legends several times, and came to a verbal agreement. Once Mark got involved that all went out the window. He started making ridiculous demands, and was shot down by the court each and every time. Unfortunately Mr Knudsen does not have a good grasp of what divorce law looks like in Milwaukee County. The only thing I can think he was trying to accomplish was to make some audacious claim, and line his pockets before his *Hopefully Soon* retirement. This was a great dis-service to the court system and mostly his client! The Marriage Settlement Agreement that was signed and submitted to the court is the same verbiage i would have gladly signed over two years ago when this process started! He gained nothing but stress and financial strain for his client.
