I hired Erik for a civil replevin case in Waukesha regarding my pet cat. It was an extremely emotional process for me since my pets are my family and Erik was very supportive and sensitive to this. He took the time to understand all the aspects of my case and researched similar cases. At trial, it showed that he knows the laws and what information was important to focus on. The judge ruled in my favor and I was reunited with my fur baby! I highly recommend Erik and would hire him again!

My wife and I had a awesome experience with Erik. My wife and I were dealing with a legal battle with our West Allis Home about code violations. My wife and I bought the house from two private sellers that failed to address that there were code violations with our home and sold the house to us. My wife and I were receiving threating letters after just being in our new home for a couple of days, the city saying that we had to fix the code violations. we found out our title had a $30,000 mortgage on it, put there by an unscrupulous real estate/owner person. that was done 16 years ago. we hired one attorney that along with his investigator could not find paperwork for our home. we went to Eric and Eric found all the paperwork, convinced the unscrupulous person to sign the satisfaction of mortgage and solved our problem. we have so much admiration for Eric. he solved the problem that we thought no one would be able to solve, after 16 years. Eric did it and we rate him A+++++.
