I heard about Sterling Law on a podcast and it was the smartest decision I made. Mike Kyrios was my lawyer and he cares so much about what he does. He is efficient, smart and a step a head of everyone all the time...It felf so good to know I could trust he was looking out for my best interest and he wouldn't let anything get by him. Could he have drawn things out and charged me more??? ...absolutely. He worked hard to wrap things up as quickly as possible because he is a good person who treats his clients like friends of the family

I can't say enough about Lea!
Danielle her paralegal was also very pleasant to work with!
She is extremely knowledgeable and great at what she does.
I retained Lea in early August and we luckily finished my case in a quick 3 months!
My ex is a handful to say the least and definitely made this process way more complicated than it had to be, but Lea was headstrong throughout the entire process.
Lea was always practical, and outweighed the potential outcome of every situation.
She was always fast to respond to messages, and gave great advice! She even called me directly several times to discuss my case.
She is patient, kind, and extremely responsive.
Lea always fought for what I deserved, and in the end I got everything I wanted and more!
I am so grateful for her, and so happy for the way it all turned out!

I had a positive experience with Sterling Lawyers. The fee structure is fair and transparent and everyone is very professional and knowledgable. My attorney, Nikole Messerschmidt was great, I ended up getting everything I wanted and with as little stress as possible.

When it comes to making a parenting plan for your children it can be very scary and frustrating. My attorney Jacqueline McClellan has guided me through the process, and set my nerves at ease. I am thankful for Sterling Hughes.

I reached out to Sterling Law to find a lawyer for myself. Attorney Adams represented me and we were able to get the outcome we were hoping for. She was prepared even before meeting her at my consultation. She is very matter of fact all while being empathetic and understanding. In the court room she was no different. I am so satisfied with her service and highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of a lawyer regarding family matters.

So after making me wait weeks they bring me into an office where they do the consultations. In my mind a consultation involves talking with somebody who's offering solutions. In this scenario it's just recounting a story that is likely traumatizing you to a person that really doesn't care just for them to quote you $20,000. Their gimmick is that they like to charge a sum rather than an hourly wage. It is a trick. They say it's only $3,500 for the first 90 days, but it takes 60 days for the paperwork to be processed. So essentially you're paying them $3,500 to file $200 worth of paperwork. If you can get into court before that 90 days, you might find some resolution, but if you can't then they want another $7,500 for the next 90 days. If it exceeds that, well, that's going to be another $10,500.
These people parade themselves as someone who wants to help you and there's nothing more despicable in my mind than someone who is dishonest about wanting to help just so they can exploit your situation to line their pockets. The world has enough of this. Law offices that try to dupe people into these payment plans should be outlawed. They don't provide an itemized bill. They don't really care about you. And they will waste weeks of your time painting themselves as the solution to your problems just so that they can take your money.
For instance, the lady I did my consultation with hadn't even read my file. So then I had to waste time rehashing everything that she could have learned from the folder that she brought into the room with her. Then she sent me the contract with the above figures in it and when I responded to the email less than an hour later I received a out of office email for the next two weeks. So they wasted 2 weeks of my time just to talk to them and then want me to wait on them another two weeks afterward. Criminals. Meanwhile, I haven't seen my son in 2 months, and it doesn't matter to people like this how much we suffer.
