We hired Atty. Zenk to prepare a trust for us. He clearly explained the various options and benefits for us. He was very thorough and included a number of other documents along with the trust for our elder years. Very professional and answered all our questions and concerns. Fees were clearly explained up front and we felt they were fair.

We were referred to Attorney Zenk by a friend as we were looking to have a Living Trust drawn up for our family. We were not disappointed! Ryan & his staff got back to me very promptly whenever I had questions. Ryan helped me in planning what to do with my parents situation. The only thing I can recall is confusion about who the POA should be on one of the documents, which made another form have to be enacted. I specifically asked questions regarding this matter.

Ryan met with my husband and I to discuss paperwork needed for our golden years. He was very personable, talked to us in layman's terms and made the process very easy. These docs are found on the internet free to download, sign and save in a safe place. The hour consultation was very informative and free as well. For a relatively small amount of money, we now feel comfortable that our paperwork is in place going forward.
