Disappointed for the thousands of dollars I spent. The website lures you in to believe they can beat a case but the truth is DUI cases are hard to beat. They are pretty much open shut cases. My case as every had special circumstances. The lawyer never brought up any of them in court. I had to speak directly to the judge. Thats what made the difference and that's why I faired better than most in my situation. I got a nice letter ftom the law office basically stating how lucky I was and how much their efforts paid off. But it was really me who made the difference. Save your money people. Accept your wrongs and speak directly with the judge. That is the only thing that is going to help. Lawyers in this business are overpaid for the work required not matter how they spin it. Got very little help or direction in what happens after sentencing either. It was a nightmare.

I would like to take a moment and let it be known and give thanks to Julia Westly for the outstanding job she did for me and my family.  I was without a doubt expecting the worst scenario, but with Julia’s eye for detail and willingness to ask all questions things ended with a positive outcome. I liked very much that Julia worked on a more personal level not working for me but with me, by answering my questions explaining the fundamentals in detail. Julia made sure I understood what I needed to know. I did have a negative outlook when it came to lawyers. Perhaps Julia has changed this for me. All I know is-and I pray I will never need this service again but if I do, I will be knocking at your door asking for Julia Westley. I thank you so much. Daniel Riley

He is not a confident attorney and is unsure and intimidated in the court room and turned to me to ask if there was anything else that needed to be brought up. He represented me in a divorce proceeding and failed to prepare an Order following a court hearing and did not seek to ask the judge for attorney fees for me, his client. Very unprofessional behavior in that he prepared and forwarding to another attorney handwritten medical releases. He did not furnish copies to me when requested. I found this out later and no realize why. When my file was transferred to new attorney, it was so very disorganized. I also realize I spent a considerable amount of money and to my detriment I cannot go back and redo discovery etc.

Tom Grieve made a great impression on us when meeting with him for the first time. We had a few questions about being responsible gun owners and he was generous enough to take the time to answer those completely and professionally. We've not had the occasion to actually use his services to this date, but after meeting Tom in person, we have no doubt that he will be exactly what we need should we ever require legal services. We feel much more prepared now that we have meet with him.
