I retained Grieve law to contest a bogus speeding ticket i received. Why was it bogus you say? The highway bandits neither clocked me by radar, laser or pacing, but instead "thought it looked like i was going pretty fast". as a parting gift, the officer graced me with an "unreasonable and imprudent speed" citation. Unreasonable speed should really be subjective of the vehicle the driver is operating, but that's a debate to be addressed at a later time.
