Prior to me selecting Cannon & Dunphy to represent me, I did research on other law firms. From the reviews I read and now my experience, I highly recommend this firm. Their communication and detail to my case was excellent.

I was involved in a serious motorcycle accident in which I totaled my 2006 HD Heritage Softail motorcycle. The following day I called Cannon & Dunphy to represent me and Brett Eckstein was assigned to my case. Brett did an outstanding job informing me every step of the way on how a case like this would move through the court system and how long he expected it to take. I also had a great experience working with paralegal Athena Rossetti on regular updates on my surgeries, follow up doctor visits and physical therapy. The team there did a great job taking care of all of the medical bills and securing a very satisfactory settlement.

I honestly cannot thank Al Foeckler and his team enough for their help. I reached out for assistance with a slip and fall accident due to extreme negligence that that my family in a horrible position. Every question or concern I had was promptly addressed. I also was updated often. The service I received exceeded my expectations and I will forever be grateful. I highly recommend Al and will continue to do so. Thank you again for everything.

Waited 7 years from severe accident and was talked into settling after Allan and the insurance company worked against us to settle. Low offers for injuries from a car that ran a red light and hit a motorcycle. Double compound fracture, year of therapy, arthritis, incomplete fusion and he didn't care to get better offer.
