Waited 7 years from severe accident and was talked into settling after Allan and the insurance company worked against us to settle. Low offers for injuries from a car that ran a red light and hit a motorcycle. Double compound fracture, year of therapy, arthritis, incomplete fusion and he didn't care to get better offer.

Allan is extremely knowledgeable, negotiates well with insurance companies, and cared that I received appropriate compensation. He listened to my concerns and we worked through the case together. During the case I was always consulted and given status updates. He is very approachable with ideas, and always responds promptly.

My husband Ken and myself Barb were involved in an accident that occurrent in August of 2017. Young driver that ran a stop sign going down the middle of the road, on his phone texting a message to his baseball group going 45 MPH. I was involved in a severe motorcycle accident and Allan was highly recommended from another attorney. The very first time I met Allan he willing traveled to my house and did not charge me.
