Cannon & Dunphy were fantastic for us. I was a passenger in a vehicle that was hit by an inattentive semi truck driver on the interstate. My friend and I were lucky to survive. I had a broken back and contusions, had to undergo a spinal fusion surgery, and lived in a back brace for 8 months. Pat Dunphy was highly recommended to me by several friends in the legal profession, and Pat did not disappoint. He and his staff, especially Elma, took care of every detail - they managed medical bills, for instance. Robert Crivello stepped in when it came time to litigate the case because my injury was incurred outside of Wisconsin. Everyone was patient with all of our questions and they facilitated a settlement of the case that was very fair. While the accident itself was a horrible experience/trauma to have to go through, I can't say enough how grateful I am to the Cannon & Dunphy team for helping us through it. I highly recommend this firm!

Having never been in a major accident, I wasn't completely sure what to expect. It didn't take long for the feelings of being overwhelmed to settle in. Mike Cerjak handled my sons case and he fought for him until he got a great settlement. He kept us informed with every step and process. Very professional and answered any questions and concerns with great service and details. Even though my son is a minor he made sure he let him know everything that was happening as well.
