Incredibly disappointed. Settlement = mediocre. Advocacy - non existent. edit - it would be less disappointing if I didn't see commercials every day of Mr. Dunphy sincerely expressing his true care for the little guy. Did not happen here. They dropped the ball and were mediocre at best. Nothing like the commercials try to sell.

I am so greatful to Attorney Michael Cerjak, who hadled my car accident/injury case. He is professional and also compassionate. Living in a foreign country and getting in the accident was really hard for me, but he explained every detailed step to get to the settlement in the language I can understand, gave me the options to take and fought hard for me to get the best settlement. Even though my case was smaller, he always responded to my emails immediately and kindly. When we need to discuss in person, he came down to my office, which was really helpul, too. Mr. Brett Eckstein, my legal representative, is associated with the firm of Cannon & Dunphy. This was the second firm I retained to address an injury that resulted from an at-fault driver employed by a local school bus contractor. The initial legal representative was a great disappointment. Communication was almost non-existent, they constantly required additional information, the para-legal appeared hostile at times, I never spoke with a licensed attorney, and the case dragged on. Mr. Eckstein and his assistant, Ms. Thomas, were the exact opposite. They communicated openly, called with frequent updates, took complete charge of my case, and negotiated an equitable settlement. I never had to question what was happening with my case, and it was resolved quickly. I cannot compliment my legal team enough. I would recommend this legal firm, and this attorney specifically to handle any personal-injury litigation.
